My Experience With Ejaculating Multiple Times Per Day

As most men learn, ejaculating multiple times per day isn’t always possible day-in and day-out throughout your lifetime.

When I was younger (late teens, twenties), shooting more than once a day came pretty easily. Recovery times seemed faster, energy higher, and libido appeared to bounce back quickly.

Your Diet and Hydration Levels

Eating right will help your body be at its best.

There’s no miracle ejaculation increasing food, but you should stay away from processed foods and eat a diet that consists of:

  • Vegetables
  • Whole grains
  • Healthy fats

Drinking plenty of water is also important.

Dehydration can make you tired and decrease your performance.


Does Frequent Ejaculation Lower Testosterone?

Keep in mind that more research is required and frequent ejaculation should not be considered a surefire method of preventing prostate problems.

Here are some habits that I have found from personal experience and from research I’ve done to help a lot of guys:

Try your best to get good quality sleep on a regular basis.

Exercise

This will help keep your heart healthy and hormone levels in check.

Relax

Walk, meditate, read a book, go outside. Do things that help you keep your stress low.

Eat right

Take care of your body with good nutrition. Stop looking for the magic pill.

Drink plenty of water

Helps with just about everything including recovering from sex.

Watch your weight

Having a healthy body weight can help with hormone levels and sex.

Yes. With good health, low stress and lots of energy many men can ejaculate several times per day.

That being said, there isn’t one number that defines how often a man should ejaculate. Every guy’s libido and recovery rate is different.
